10AM-1PM @Topanga Police Station: Topanga Police Open House. Tour the jail, Detective Squad Room, Watch Commander's Office and Roll Call Room. They will have all of their vehicles on display for the kids (Crown Vict, Impala, Charger, Tahoe and motorcycles). They will also have various equipment on display as well as their command post vehicle. Along with tours they will be allowing people to participate in their Force Option Simulator. The FOS is an interactive video system they use to maintain their training on force situations.

11AM-Noon @ Barnes and Noble: Curiosity Day With Curious George. We're celebrating a love of reading with everyone's favorite monkey Curious George. Join us for a reading of the classic Curious George book, fun activities, monkey mask-making, treats and more.

2PM-6PM @Malibu Country Mart: Summer Block Party and Street Fair. The free, family-friendly street fair will feature an afternoon of live music, activity booths, and an assortment of nostalgic treats. The event will culminate with the last film screening from the Mart's Summer Movie Series.

The community event will transform the Malibu Country Mart into a festive street fair, certain to dazzle shoppers, Malibu locals and families with a variety of free entertainment stations throughout the property. Activities include a Rony's Photo Booth, tarot card readings by Cathy Crystal, caricature portraits, and airbrush and henna tattoos. Fun activities for the younger set include a petting zoo, balloon art, and face painting. Multiple food vendors will be positioned around the Mart and will offer complimentary carnival treats such as cotton candy, popcorn, funnel cakes, churros, sno cones, candy apples, and ice cream. Music will be provided by Noirfancy and a live steel drum trio. More Info.
