Finances

The reserve fund has $102,000.

The HOA has $148,000 in total funds.

However, $30,000 in checks are being mailed today.

Yard Sale

Reports from all present at the meeting indicated that the yard sale was a success. There were some sales and a good deal of socializing. No trouble or problems were observed.

Local News

All of the lots at Mystic Ridge (the development at the south end of Wiscasset) have been sold. At least two Stonegate homeowners are known to be moving to Mystic Ridge, from houses on Graystone and Stonegate.
