The plan is to tear out acacia trees and put in myoporum. The board has a "5-7 year plan". Rats and raccoons like acacia.

PVC repiping is complete.

Speed hump date is still unknown. The board wrote the check 2 months ago.

Stop signs were surveyed by city, but found to be unjustified.

Lawns are browning. Rabbits make brown spots.

$25,000 of painting HOA fence done by previous president.

The owner must maintain fence even when moved down hill.

If you have a gate, the HOA will maintain the landscape on the hill.

The board is slowly replanting with lower maintenance plants.

Ezio -- how can people inspect and fix the fence if they are not allowed into the HOA-maintained area?
