The Gourmet Soup Kitchen (GSK) was a small store in West Hills, CA. It opened around 2001 with 29 soups and ultimately sold 39 varieties of soup before closing in June 2025. All soup was sold frozen in 16oz containers. It was available from their kitchen/store in West Hills ($6), or at farmer's markets ($7) and a couple other small local stores around LA ($8.89).
