(Pictures 1 and 2) 7501 Wiscasset along Overland. The
hillside is badly maintained. The HOA area of plants i
bare and has trash.
The Overland downslope area swale is filled with leaves
(Picture 3) The swale behind 7501 Wiscasset is filled
with grass and water is pooling up.
(Picture 4) At the peak of Wiscasset, the hill is
browning up where the sprinklers aren't watering.
(Picture 5) At the top of the peak with water lines,
however they are not causing any growth.
(Picture 6) Behind Wiscasset, at the top of the swale, a
sprinkler head is broken off. The open line has been
close by having a branch stuck in the hold and a wire to
tie it up.
Near Stagg on Wiscasset (from 7639 Wiscasset to Stagg)
The hill is covered in weed, needs planting, is being
watered but there is no attractive growth.
Close to homes at the peak of Wiscasset, about 7600
Wiscasset, the hill be hind the yards has weeds. The lower
hills hear the homes are worse than the higher hills.
Between Penobscot and Wiscasset
Behind 7559 Penobscot, up the hill, near 7600 Wiscasset,
there is an unwatered dirt triangle.
Behind 7543 Penobscot, there is a bare swath of dirt an
weeds.
Behind 7535 Penobscot, there is debris in the drainage pipe.
Behind 7559 Penobscot, on the exposed hillside, there is
a broken sprinkler head up the hill near the swale Y split
Also near the Y, between the 2 lower swales near 7559,
there is another broken sprinkler head.
Between Stonegate and Penobscot
Behind 7618 Penobscot, poplar roots are cracking the
drainage swales.
Some poplar volunteers springing up near poplars, but
under control.
