(Pictures 1-3) Corner of Overland and Wiscasset (7500 Wiscasset):
Garbage is still accumulating on this corner even though
the construction has been over for some time. The
planting is thin as well on this highly visible corner.
(Picture 4) At the top of the hill above Wiscasset, the
pipe formerly capped with a twig is now properly sealed
and capped.
(Picture 5) The hillside looks good. The densely planted
gazanias are green and healthy.
(Picture 6) Pipes, buckets, and sprinklers are stored
hidden from view behind the DWP access road's last curve.
(Picture 7) Behind Wiscasset at Stagg, the hill is green,
but the greenery is weeds that will be brown by summer.
(Picture 8) Stagnant water at the bottom of an unfinished
pool at the top of Stagg, on the south side. This could
become a mosquito breeding ground.
Between Penobscot and Wiscasset
(Picture 10) The drains are clear and the wire mesh is
tied down.
(Picture 11) Behind 7527 Penobscot the diamonds have
little vegetation between them. The ground is bare.
(Picture 12) Behind 7551 Penobscot the bushes grew thick
and then were cut back, leaving thick brown branches.
Between Carmenita and Greystone
(Picture 13+14?) Both grates are clear and tied down
tightly.
