(Picture 2) Behind 7534 Wiscasset down the hill, the
myoporum were dry and
unwatered as of June 4.
(Picture 3) 7526 Wiscasset: French drain has been
disconnected and drain pipe
has been connected to pipe that drains directly into swale.
(Picture 4) 7526 Wiscasset: Old french drain pipe has
been returned to
property owner.
(Picture 5) 7526 Wiscasset: Other drain line hasn't been
modified yet, still drains onto hillside.
(Picture 6) 7526 Wiscasset: Owner has corrected the drain
and water now flows directly into swale drain without
endangering the hillside.
(Picture 7) 7534 Wiscasset: Hillside cleared of acacia,
new myoporum are doing well.
Between Stonegate and Carmenita
(Picture 8) 7633 Carmenita: Hillside has been
cleared. Myoporum has been planted, doing fine so far.
(Picture 9) 7627 Carmenita: Hillside has been cleared and
planted, however, note the Queen palms.
(Picture 10) 7501 Carmenita: At the end of the swale on
Stagg, the hillside has been stripped. Someone needs to
plant it.
(Picture 11) 24601 Stonegate: Moved fence back down hill.
Now the HOA irrigation line will have to be moved in order
for them to be reachable my HOA maintenance crews.
(Picture 12) Next to 24741 Stonegate: Mark has unplugged
the clogged drain that once caused this pool of stagnant
water to form. It should now be OK.
Between Carmenita and Greystone
(Picture 13) Drain line behind a third house on east side
of Carmenita seems to be draining pool water into swale.
Other drain lines were at the bottom of the wall and
didn't have diatomaceous earth residue.
(Picture 14) Typical drain line behind Carmenita. There
is one every house or so. What purpose do they serve?
(Picture 15) 24501 Stonegate: The swale is plugged with
plants growing in it. This is one of the main drainage
swales coming from Carmenita above. Mold and other green
stuff are growing here. Mosquitos may grow here as well
if it is not taken care of.
(Picture 16) 24501 Stonegate: Same as previous picture,
from a different angle.
