Image Refiner
Image Refiner is a digital image editor and effects studio written by
Andy Oliver. Its features include:
- Reads and writes JPEG, GIF, and Windows Bitmap files
- Smooth, sharpen, and emboss filters
- Birightness and contrast adjustment
- Histogram equalization
- Noise removal
It is available for the following platforms:
- Image Refiner for Microsoft Windows. Contact support at frequal
dot com if you are interested in trying out an alpha version.
